But the truth is there can be many petty things that we do that really affect our dieting plan. For example, one might skip breakfast like 3 times a week without being conscious about it. Studies have shown that if you eat breakfast, you tend to eat proportionally fewer calories the rest of the day. Without a record, it might seem like you are doing all the right thing, yet fail miserable in your dieting plan.


2. Make Vegetables a Major Part of Your Diet Plan
If vegetables are not a major part of your diet, it is time to reconsider. Studies have shown that vegetables can play an important loss in losing weight. This is because vegetables are high in water and fiber and low in energy density. Hence, they can cause a sense of fullness while deterring you from taking high fat foods.


3. Stay Away From Temptations
It is easier to keep yourself away from temptations than to resist it. One simple way to do this is to store your fridge with healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, fruits and more fruits, etc. Make sure you have something simple you can grab like yogurt to replace the snacks.

The scales might not tell you that you are losing weight at the rate you desire, but your body composition might have become better but you simply failed to notice it. It is the main reason that most diet plans fail. You are doing the right things to lose weight but you do not see the results. You have tried different diet plans that work for others but apparently it is not working for you. “Where have I gone wrong?”, you are wondering..

Firstly, it is important to make sure that you are not an emotional eater. Emotional eaters take comfort in indulging in food every time they go through stress. It is just a temporary action to forget the issues that they are going through. Emotional eating can kill your diet plan and cause you to gain weight fast as you are feeding your body when it doesn’t actually need to be fed at that time.


Secondly, when you are under stress, buy some healthy convenient meals. When it comes to packaged goods, read the labels and follow the eating guidelines given. Eat adequately and don’t punish your body by overeating just because you are under stress.


I have to admit that i was an emotional eater before. Although it was a tough thing to do, i was determined to discipline myself and structure my eating habits whenever i was under stress. And it helped me in my quest to lose 35lbs in 10 Weeks!
